WEATHERSFIELD FAMILY PICNIC RSVP
SIGN-UP DUE DATE: Wednesday, September 9 (100% RSVP needed so that all students accounted for)

Friday, September 18th, we invite you to join your child at Weathersfield for our Family Picnic-on-the-Grass. Pack a special lunch or bring take-out for your child/ren and yourself to enjoy on our lawn. What better way to spend your lunchtime than with your child/ren? Please bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs for seating as no seating will be provided. You may also wish to bring hats and/or umbrellas for shade.
As an added benefit, the Weathersfield Book Fair will be open in the MPR from 11:00am - 1:00pm. When you've finished eating, we invite you to also peruse the book fair!

Buy yourself lunch for the Family Picnic at McDonalds (Ave. De Los Arboles location) on Friday, September 18, between 10:30am - 1:00pm. McDonald's will donate 20% of your order back to the Weathersfield PTA, which they will use to fund important education programs for our Weathersfield eaglets!

We are proud to provide students with a Chromebook through the District’s 1:1 Program. To support this program, CVUSD is offering a Chromebook Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) program for families to eliminate the concern and costs of repairing or replacing damaged, or stolen Chromebooks.

Weathersfield will send out text messages in times of an emergency. We encourage families to have at least one mobile number in our Q system that is “opted in” to receive text communication.

Eagle Pride! A Focus on Arts, Music & Leadership
We feature a highly acclaimed music program where students learn songs, instruments, musical genres and history, dance, and how to read music. Weathersfield students move on to middle school with a solid foundation in music education. Additionally, we have a robust student council where students are provided with school leadership opportunities, and a community outreach program that offers our children experiences to make a difference for others.
