Office Hours

7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily during the school year. 

Absences/Late Arrivals

Parents MUST call the main line (805) 492-3563 and leave a recorded message if your child will miss school. A phone log is kept of parents’ messages for our attendance records. 

Visitors & Volunteers

The campus is open to visitors, so long as visitors comply with visitor guidelines.

Health Office
Our Health Clerk is Angela Salsbury.
The Health Clerk maintains daily hours from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. 

PLEASE REMEMBER

• We will not interrupt a teacher’s class time for a parent phone call unless it is an emergency or on rare exception. 
• We do not deliver messages to students unless it is an emergency. 
• Parents are encouraged to practice “reminder time” with their child during the walk or drive to school each day, such as “Remember, your lunch is in your backpack, and today DAD will pick you up from school AFTER chorus.”
   

OFFICE TELEPHONE USE BY STUDENTS

The telephone in the office is for student use for urgent issues ONLY, such as they do not have a lunch, or mom or dad is late picking them up, etc. Students are not permitted to use the phone to schedule play dates with friends – this is the most common request for using the phone.
